The author of the book that a UF student was caring before he got tasered at a John Kerry Event called Alachua County, Florida "one of the worst places in the country for black voters". What the hell does he mean by that? The State of Florida is heavily Republican but Alachua County is heavily Democratic, 19.30% of the population in Alachua County is Black or African American and two of the members on the Alachua County commission are black and they get reelected every time because their supports are blacks so I don't understand why this Author would say this.
Anyone knows?
